Tuition Payments via Brightwheel

Tuition payments are non-refundable and are paid via our online billing system, Brightwheel.  Brightwheel allows you to pay registration fees and your tuition online via there website (https://schools.mybrightwheel.com/) or through an app on your phone!  You will have the option to pay via credit card or your bank account monthly.  Fees do apply.  There is a 2.9% fee for credit cards and a $.90 fee for ACH payments.  You will even be able to set up autopayments through the App.  Tuition is considered late after the 5th of each month.  A late fee of $15.00 will be added to your account for late tuition.

Tuition Payments via PayPal

PayPal is an online service that allows you to buy, sell, and send money  without sharing your financial information. Users and merchants count on PayPal to help them securely spend, send, and get their money. Their focus is on fraud protection, 24/7 monitoring, and secure encryption technology.  Therefore, you can trust PayPal to keep your money safe.

PayPal adds a fee to send money as a personal payment using a debit card or credit card.  The fee in the U.S. is 2.9% plus $0.30 USD of the amount you pay.  You must add enough money to your payment to account for these fees.  PayPal will not add fees to your payment automatically. For example, if you pay $100.00 USD by credit card, the fee would be $3.20 USD ($2.90 + $0.30).  It is your responsibility to add enough money to your payment to account for fees. If your payment does not included the added fee, we will add it to your next bill.
